Some body tried to cutt the lock and I had to pay for it. Somebody else's lock was on there and I had to pay to cut it! Waited forever for a refund got three different stories. Wouldn't recommend for anybody who wanted their stuff safe. Or just honesty.

I have been with city storage for almost 7 years never had a problem paid my rent was late a few times but paid the late fee ( they start hounding you the day after it’s late fyi). Due to Covid I wasn’t considered a essential business and even after being opened back up still really slow. I’m a single mom with 2 kids still at home and basically just watching my life go down the toilet. I called and asked them if they could work with me and just remove the late fees and I would get my stuff out at this time I was a month late so (48.00) They refused and so I tried to figure it out at 1 1/2 months they had added a “legal fee” of 50 bringing my bill to almost 200 dollars between that and this new legal fee. They then told me if I didn’t pay my stuff would be sold the begging of September. I went and begged a friend to loan me the money, went in they added another “legal fee” bringing my bill to 263.00 for being 2 1/2 months late. On top of that all my stuff is covered in dirt, due to their lot where they keep the RVs not paved, so if your on that side the dirt just blows in. Do not use this place they are horrible.

Very sweet front desk with me. I miss understood how much 5x5 is after I already sign all the paperwork and she was very patient in transferring all the information to a larger unit and very little time!
