If you could give them negative amount of stars I would. They have the worst customer service I have ever had. They don't return calls when you have issues with the machine they are no help. If you call the 1-800 number for the main company they try to send you to a Tocoma Washington office. I have nothing good so say about this place and would suggest people go to any where else. Norco in Idaho Falls has been wonderful to work with.

Customer service is rock bottom.nnI set up an appointment, then was called back and in a voice mail saying that they had double booked and that I had call back to reschedule. When I call back, I get a message that say they are open at 8:30 AM. As of 9:15 they aren't and have yet to return my call.
