My wife has gone here for a decade and we love the doctors here, but her last visit they really screwed us over. They promised based on our insurance that everything would be covered, but instead they sent the lab work to a company out of network for our insurance and then refused to work with us even though it was their fault, leaving us to pay an expensive and unexpected out of pocket bill!nnIn response to the owner's response: before services were provided, we checked with your billing department and they assured us that our insurance would cover the cost of everything including the labs. They knew what insurance we had and what it would cover and yet they sent the labs to a company that was out of network. While you may not be able to control the cost other companies, you can control which companies you work with and send labs to. That is why this was an error on your company's part and your company should have corrected this rather than leave us stuck with the bill. I know you say you will try to do better in the future, but it won't be with us as you did not correct this error with us.

Friendly receptionists. Quick billing turn around. Payment plan available. Every doctor is professional and is concerned with your whole health.

About five years ago I came in with a yeast infection, I was seeing Rachelle Jones. I had repeat visits because it wasn't going away, she then decided to test me for venereal diseases but never physically checked me again.nShe stated that if it was a yeast infection I should be over it with the Diflucan she prescribed. It was a yeast infection, I left their clinic in tears and pain.nI then went to my family practitioner Dr. Hopkin. He said I was so swollen. He did other test and found I had large amounts of yeast in my body and need the Diflucan to get rid of it.nI had NO venereal diseases. He said I was so dry that it was amazing I could walk, which I was having a horrible time being upright. Dr. Rachelle Jones should be ashamed of herself. It has taken me this long to address my feelings. She humiliated me by suggesting my spouse or I was being unfaithful. She wouldn't even entertain that I might really be having problems like digestive issues and severe yeast. Way to go not thinking outside the box. I am blessed that Dr. Hopkin from Upper Valley did think outside the box and took me right in and got me back on track after a regiment of meds and diet, to rid myself of all the yeast. It has been a long road and I am proven still to yeast. Shaming a patient is a horrible thing to do, it was embarrassing and I immediately asked for my records and took them to Dr. Hopkin.
