Dr. Potter is the BEST doctor ever! Seriously, he's great with our toddlers and new born! Very knowledgeable! Great bedside manner with all ages! He takes genuine concern into all his patients.

After recently moving to Rigby and leaving behind a wonderful doctor I have known and loved for my entire life, I was reluctant to see someone new. But wow am I so thankful I did. Dr. Potter and his staff are incredible. Sweet Kathy is always so quick to get us in for appointments when we need them, and the kindness both she and Dr. Potter have shown me and my children each time we have visited is absolutely above and beyond what I ever could’ve wished for. Dr. Potter is thorough, attentive, and truly listens to his patients. He takes the time to explain everything, answering any and all questions I have, and sometimes has even pulled up pictures to show what is going on in order to make sure I fully understand.nI have never once felt like I’m being rushed out of the room, or that my concerns have gone unheard. Dr. Potter even went so far as to personally call me to check up on me a week after one of my appointments, and proceeded at that time to call in additional medication that he felt would be helpful for my condition. I have been blown away time and time again by the care and concern I have received from Dr. Potter and his staff. I have since moved even my small children to his practice from the pediatrician as my children have felt much more comfortable in his office, and we don’t have to see a different doctor, or a PA every single time we come in. I have recommended his office to all my friends and family, and am so happy I have found one of the seemingly few doctors these days who actually truly cares about his patients and their care. Remember the way it used to be when your family doctor Actually cared and spent the one on one time attending to your medical care. Dr Potter has that along with credentials & knowledge to go with it. He truely cares about every patient he has. We’ve seen this throughout over 12 years. His office team are exceptional. Especially Kathy. She knows all the insurance details and billing techniques. They make you feel so comfortable and stress free. Don’t waste another day with the run of the mill clinics. I am absolutely amazed. I have a newly diagnosed condition that has left me stressed and overwhelmed. The scheduling process was extremely easy, the appointment went smoothly, and I left feeling hopeful. Dr. Potter listened to every single concern I had and did not make me feel rushed at all. Kathy and Blake also made me feel so comfortable every step of the way. I can’t say enough about this office. Amazing team to say the least and I am excited to continue care here!
