Masters of the run around. Can't call and get anything taken care of cause nobody knows what they are talking about. You have to go down there and pry and pry to get information about things that are your own business. They are very rude over the phone as well until you speak to somebody who has a good amount of power there is terrible phone etiquette. They are slow about doing what is needed to be done they were supposed to tell me I needed to turn in my transcript but instead I found that out myself and had to take it upon myself to find out I needed them and turn them in to the registrar. Because of this my classes were paid for extremely late and there was an issue with my financial aid. The professors are pretty awesome and the people are friendly while you are in their presence I just get an extreme sense of fakeness and incompetancy otherwise. It's a good school with good classes though and I won't stop attending I've already transferred from another for profit school and don't want to go through that process again. Classes are easy to find small classrooms great teachers friendly staff. Good school just need to learn to handle business matters better.
