I'm big on renting uhauls because of the size loads I tend to take care of, big loads are my specialty. I've worked with a few stores and never have I had employees treat me with so much disrespect.nnThe lady at the counter threatened to charge me for a bunch of stuff that didn't make sense. Not sure why they feel the need to take advantage of me. I normally love a challenge and taken advantage of but dang uhaul, the load you tried to leave me with was worse than what I received at last years boucaki festival.nnI really hope you change your ways, no one wants it rough the way you guys do it... next time... please do it in the good way so I can receive the service I deserve.
Very poor service. Super rude and extremely unorganized. Rented out a uhaul kept it for a day and they tried over charging me. I’ve rented uhauls multiple times and have never experienced such a problematic place like this one. I surely will not be renting from this location again.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a uhaul. There's plenty of places to rent from in Burley, I'd drive on past and work with another place.
