If could give this place 10 stars I would my appointment before this made me late they worked me in an got me loaded unfortunately I was out of time an there are signs that say no over night parking but the lady in the office went ahead an allowed me to stay over night literally a great place great people super easy to navigate for large cars an the big hood trucks I will say finding the place from hwy 30 is a challenge just stay on the curvy road don’t get off of it..... The place is not where google maps says it is!!
This place is something. Only good things I see is you get to check early and you don’t have a grumpy person at the window. After That its down hill had a 1930 appointment finally got out at 0122 only to have to come back and wait again for rework. In door to rework @0224 out @0612.
Getting me loaded was very quick. The reason for the one star is the fact that I was not told on checking that I should have brought in a scale ticket for my empty trailer.nnThey loaded me, I got my paperwork and went to the closest Cat Scale to get weighed. I was 1,140lbs over gross. So I went back and was told that I would be charged $150.00 for them to rework the load because i did not have a scale ticket showing the empty weigh of the truck and trailer.nnNowhere did it say that on anything posted nor did the young lady that checked me in say anything. I would have been more than happy to go weight the truck and trailer when I was empty.
Nice staff. Arrived a day and a half early and was unloaded within a few hours. Even the yard hustler was really nice.
The lady at the shipping office named Chrystal is the most unprofessional employee in this company.nShe were very rude and she doesn’t understand how to work and how to make conversation with people. Our appointment for pick up was at 12 pm and we didn’t get the door till 7 pm. I called her to check the estimated time when we will get the door and she told if we will call again she will not load us at all. Very unprofessional. They are always behind the time, do not pick up loads here!
