I ordered a minion cupcake cake for my sons 2 birthday 24 hours before the day I needed it. The lady who took my order was very nice but instead of doing it on a tablet she wrote it down on paper..at first I was a little weirded out by this and didn’t think twice. She wrote down my order and had me look it over. The next day an hour before my sons birthday party I had my husband go pick it up and they had no order it.. So they apologize and quickly made us one.. the cake looked.. alright.. I guess. But with this experience I probably will not be using the bakery again. I appreciate them fixing the mistake but overall I wasn’t very happy.
I called 24 hours before my event and ordered 2 dozen chocolate and maple bars with no filling. The lady I spoke to took my order and read back my order twice and assured me no filling. I go to pick them up right before my event and they ALL have filling inside. The lady today said they all come with filling. There aren't any that come plain. I am beyond annoyed
