I love the cupcakes and Italian sodas here but I've had some pretty bad experiences with the staff members. On my most recent visit I walked in right after someone else and they refused to sell me a cupcake even though it was ten minutes until closing time and they were willing to serve the people in front of me. If it was a sit down restaurant I would understand but all they had to do was give me a cupcake which takes three seconds.

This is the cutest little bakery! I have been coming here for treats for years and I haven't ever had a bad experience.nnThey had a great assortment of delicious treats, drinks and merchandise. They alternate the cupcakes every day so there is always something new and their macaroons are to die for, I have to get a few every time I'm there!! The girls are always so enthusiastic and sweet that it makes the experience every better.nnHands down this is my favorite place in town to get my cupcakes and macaroons.. As long as they are open I will be a customer!

We buy cupcakes here at least once a month and they are always so helpful, friendly and easy to work with! And the cupcakes are delicious and beautifully decorated!

My family and I thoroughly enjoy Coco Bean! Personnel that run and operate this establishment are some of the nicest people with friendly attitudes and welcoming to everyone that enters. Every time I’m in Idaho Falls I stop and have a cupcake or ice cream. Anyone that uses Reeds Dairy’s ice cream and then puts Coco Beans cupcakes mixed in it, is a genius. You won’t find a better environment, cupcake, cookie, ice cream, and cake pop in Idaho. Guaranteed!!

Macarons were so tuff on the inside they must have been overcooked, or very old. Cookies were awesome though.
