This Broulim's store has fantastic customer service. For example, the day of the complicated shopping transaction. I began my shopping experience by going to customer service for advice.nnMarie, the lady who I interacted with at the Customer Service counter was friendly and knowledgeable. She listened and understood; then, explained the contingency involved.nnLater, Marie personally and smoothly processed my transaction while following the earlier explained rule. She went out of her way at the height of a very busy checkout period to ensure I had a great shopping experience.nnI have received exceptional customer service before but this surpassed decades of such grocery store interactions. Was visiting from California, and had to stop in a couple of times. Store was clean and for the most part emplyees were friendly
It's so close to my home nice people
I like this supermarket it’s close by and the staff is great. I would like to see their hours change to 24:00 or midnight ud83dudd5b closing it would make it much easier for people getting off at the 22:00 & 23:00 hours to shop on their way home.nRight now it's difficult to make it to the right time of most stores to include this one and shop after work.nnFrank
Broulim's is always my go to grocery store.nYes, other places are cheaper but when you add gas and my time, there is no comparison.nThey are always kind and helpful, they have what I need and they are 5 minutes from my house!
