I give them a five star rating. I needed to ship a package and wasn't sure if I could ship it because it was so long. They took all the measurements. And then offered to stay open a few extra minutes till I could get it packaged up and ready for shipment. It was a special package going to help out some people in Texas because of all the water problems that they are having. After I told this to the employees at ups they were more than happy to help me out. Outstanding job UPS. And thank you all at the Heyburn Idaho location.

This is not rocket science. We live on a grid system. Drive X miles north, then turn left and drive Y miles East look at mail box see name drop off box. Where in the world did you add State street into this address? You call and ask me how to get to State street in Rupert, Idaho??? There is no State street. That should have warned me, I should have told you to hold package.

I want to work somewhere where they're open one hour. That's enough time to put up with people. Because you know. People.n#smalltown ud83dude09nVery friendly! Very helpful! Great group of hard working people! Raises for everyone!

The driver that delivers to our house always gets out and walks up our drive..... it’s a turn around, no need to do that. Our dog is little and barks but never has WVER but anyone. I have a Big Bin to put our packages in so that the dog won’t eat it. Four times now he walks up our long drive throws it in the drive way and runs away. What in the world??? I have had to replace my stuff that this driver has intentionally not put where every driver besides this one know to use the bin.... this time it was clothes for my husbands birthday and they are torn to bits. THANKS SO MUCH UPS! I am not impressed and I want my money!
