Milner Recreation Area

Didn’t see any feces or diapers, so not sure about the other poster’s experience. I found the site to be very peaceful and serene. Woke up in the morning to the sound of geese honking. Had good cell service.

I caught more fish here in the shortest amount of time than any other fishing spot in this area.

Campground is full of trash. It is also infested with flies. There were feces and used diapers at several sites. There were few options for level ground for tents. It might work if you have an RV and don't plan to get out.
