The best doctors! My children love going to Dr.Anderson! His staff and nurses all treat me like we’re friends. We feel very welcome there and trust them with our health needs.

Dr. Anderson is a great doctor and have never had a problem with him once.nBut I have had some bad experiences with this office in the last week.nFirst off, earlier this week I had called because my 10 month old was showing signs of an ear infection so I called around 11am to see if they can get her in that day. They said they have nothing available the rest of the day and if I wanted her seen I would have to go somewhere else like an urgent care. A little upsetting since it felt like my sick baby was not a priority, but you know what.. I shoved it off like it is what it is.nBut then secondly my son was sick yesterday. I had to leave work and drive all the way from twin falls to pick up the kids. I called and they got him in to be seen in a little over an hour and a half the same day. Which I really appreciated since it felt like he was at least treated like a priority.nSo I just had to drive around for like 45 minutes and wait for the appointment to come around. So I take him in to be seen and they confirm he is sick and needs antibiotics. They say they will send it over to the pharmacy. I'm like great, now I can head over to the pharmacy, get these meds, and then get these kids home so they can finally rest and feel better.nI head over to the pharmacy and they have a long line so I decide I will call them really quick so they can mark the antibiotics to priority and I can get them and finally be on my way home. Simple right? Well I call the pharmacy and they said they haven't received the prescription yet, which is understandable since I only just left their office maybe a whole 5 minutes ago.nSo I call this office just to confirm if they sent it yet or if it will maybe just be a few more minutes. The lady there says that all of the doctors are seeing patients for the rest of the day and they wont be able to send the antibiotics until later that afternoon.. and I'm like okay.. well can I just drive right back over and they can write my a quick prescription and I can bring it back down myself ( which would maybe take what?.. a whole 30 seconds to write down a RX?). She says no it would probably still take the same amount of time. It wouldn't be until later.nAt this point I'm out of words.. are you serious right now? It is completely unfathomable, I'm just shocked. I've never ever heard of having to wait hours for a prescription of antibiotics for a child. EVER. I've seen it time and time again. Either A) you write a hardcopy right there in the office.. again write it and sign it. 1 minutes TOPS or B) They send an electronic prescription as your leaving and they send it over before moving on to the next patient. Again I would give that like 5 minutes TOPS to be able to do.nI'm not one to really write negative reviews but there was no excuse for this. It's just a matter of not treating your patients, never mind young patients, as a priority. It's really very simple. It doesn't take that long to write a prescription. And I know this also because I am a pharmacy technician. I was really very disappointed in this office and I hope this is addressed and changed. Take the extra 1 to 5 minutes to take care of each of your patients as they come in.nWhen I was told the whole process was going to take so long, I had to take the kids home and my husband had to pick it up later that night after work. I hope the right person sees this and put forth action to take care of their patients.

Dr Campbell is such a great doctor. He’s so kind and caring. He’s been our family doctor for several years. Sometimes I see his PA and she’s amazing too. The front desk girls are always friendly to us and very welcoming.

My kid loves Dr.Anderson and he is always so friendly and great! We also love one of the nurses named Kayla although all the nurses are nice. I wish I could rate this a 5 star but the receptionists there are less than friendly. They don’t acknowledge you when you try to check in and if you ever call there is one specific lady who acts like you are ruining her day by calling and you get attitude the whole time.
