They were nice the first time, but the drug screening I took for pre-employment never arrived to my employer. Spent a day tracking it down and learned that the number on the sample didn’t match the form inside, so it was clinic error. This delayed my employment an entire week and was a fairly large financial hit. When I went back to retake it I didn’t even get an apology and they seemed pretty disinterested. I won’t be back if I can help it.

From walking in the door to being completely done, the staff was absolutely amazing. The aide that set up was new but she was amazing and explained everything. I would recommend this place to anyone for employment drug testing or use their urgent care.

Totally loved the experience and everyone was so nice totally recommend going to concentra for any physical or drug test

Went to Concentra for a pre employment screening and DOT physical. I experienced a staff that was courteous, quick, professional and personable. Overall it was a good experience.
