Today I went to dairy queen today with my wife to have a ice cream night. They got my order correct until I tried to order a 1/8th pound patty for my puppy. They charged me 2.79 for a whole hamburger, then the team lead says this is how they do it, they don't have the option to select a substitute. I have worked in fast food for the last 3 years and understand that that is just bull. They could have refunded our money and gave us a free burger but the best she could do is to have us call the manager on his personal cell....? What? No I am not supposed to have the managers personal number. That is an invasion of privacy. This restaurant needs to get new management or get better training in this company. Every time I have went there never had a big issue until now.nn01/08/2020 I ordered the fish sandwich and let me tell you it sucked. This company needs to stop hiring teenagers that don't care about working, They put rotten lettuce on my sandwich and triple amount of tarter sauce. This is really annoying when you cannot rate a good Ice cream place more then a 1 star I am done with dairy queen unless I am ordering ice cream. This company needs to get their heads out of their behind.

The employee's of the drive thru did not get any of the ordered meal correct except for the soft drink.

Always love dairy queen famous for the soft serve ice cream they invented. I love there new mint oreo blizzard. There chicken strips are for sure in my top ten.

It's a Dairy Queen. They charge a surcharge for using anything but cash, like it's 1975. Aside from that it's the best Dairy Queen I've been to in 5 states. But given that Dairy Queen across the country is so mediocre that's not saying much.

I tried to give them another shot. They’re finally wearing masks yay! However, I was turned off by the fact that they charge a huge fee if you use debit or credit card. Who even runs this place?
