I am not impressed with the staff or food. As I was waiting for my food, someone came in stating that they had missed some items on her order. They laughed as soon as she walked in and said what is wrong now. I ordered a turkey and Swiss sandwich It came out with no meat. I took it back to the counter and the cashier’s response was to yell back to the cook and saying what are you doing? And they laughed again. The cook apologized. Another employee brought me another sandwich. She Made the comment that she was sorry. Then she proceeded to tell us that they had had a lot of mistakes lately and that she didn’t know what was going on. As we left, the cashier made the statement “we have the meat” on our way out. When I opened my sandwich to eat it, it was a mess. There was a pile of meat in the middle only, One piece of cheese, and a pile of sauce in one corner and none anywhere else. It looked like a 2 year old made it. I keep trying this store in hopes it will get better. Yuck.

We came about 15 minutes before closing and Everything was hot and fresh. The employees were really friendly and our milkshakes were really good!

Not good for service I was in my car Amber, told me to pull up and I did. I waited and waited finally I went inside and asked for the food I paid for and asked for. There was a lady named Tracy, there and she was very accommodating and got my food she apologized over and over however it was not her fault and the reason I went in but you said there were cars behind me and they all were leaving after they got their food I was just waiting I go to Arby's quite often I think their food is very good but today I was very very disappointed

I'm Very Upset With Them,My Order Looked Like A Someone Started Eating The Potatoe Cakes And The Fish Sandwich Was Not Crispy,And It To Was Something To Give To My Dogs,It Looked Like A Steamroller Run Over It,I Also Ordered Two Turnovers(1 Cherry, 1 Apple)And What Did I Get(2 Two)Apple,So If You're Looking For A Good Review From Me NOT IN THIS YEAR'S QUESTION So There You Have It,O The Service, Sucked Also,It Took 30 Minutes To Get My Order To Me,So If You Go There You Take The Risk Of Bad Food,And Bad Service,As Well As A Long Wait(Inside and In Drive Thru)Thank You For Asking My Opinion!!Charles,R,Of Paul.
