Wonderful care-- friendly and caring staff--professional physicians---clean exam rooms and waiting room-good location but a little hard to find the first time around---limited parking!!!

Doctors are excellent. Front office staff and not all but one of the technicians are inept, rude and make mistakes. First mistake; technician switched the eyes on my prescription. When I went back to explain what happened. The woman at the desk starting yelling that they don't make mistakes and I'm wrong. Embarrassing me in front of the entire waiting room. After they checked to see if it was switched sure enough it was their mistake. No apology and no acknowledgement they made the error.nnSecond mistake: I took my new referral in and person at front desk said it was not due for a week yet but she would (reluctantly) take it. ? The next week the day before my appointment they called to say they cancelled it because my referral was not there. I explained I delivered it last week. She then proceeded to tell me they didn't have it and when I said perhaps they mislaid or lost it, she lost it and told me too bad your appointment is cancelled. Call back when I can produce a new referral. It's a shame doctors lose patients because the office staff runs them off.
