The overall service was fine. We understand the precautions necessary due to COVID, but when you have an elderly person (99 years old) coming for eye exams, you need to make exceptions. You cannot leave her outside or unaccompanied. Care and considerations are necessary. I think you should instruct your personnel about the care that is needed when you have elderly people.nYour assistant got very rude and antagonistic, instead of being understanding of the situation.nEveryone else was kind and considerate.nThank you for allowing me the opportunity to opine.nnCarmen Eggers

Never have I encountered this degree of bad customer service. Rude, uncaring, uncooperative, leave before hour posted for closing, don’t return phone calls, assume you are Spanish speaker, address you by last name, as if in the military, always behind schedule, no excuse given.

Dr Rollins at SouthWest Eye Center in Nogales, AznWas quick to intercede on my behalf with an evaluation and referral to the best surgeon in Tucson to rule out a malignant neoplasm. I was scheduled for the surgeon the next day at 8:00 am and surgery the next business day at 7:00 am with good results.

The appointment went very well I felt protected from the virus, everyone was friendly and helpful . Especially Dr Keeney he gave me some great eye drop advice!
