I purchased this phone 11/16/2020, . I was on a 10 day vacation by the 20th and by 11/22/2020 the phone shut down completely and would not turn on for maybe 20 minutes and has been freezing none stop since then, dialing out random numbers while Im on calls and losing signal. I called metro by t-mobile who will not honor advising the phone could be replaced. Marianna refused to give her agent ID or information distinguishing herself and was upset because I took a picture which she blocked, even though I did not take another after she requested i didn't. She also told me they didnt have print outs of the company policy and to take pictures of the in store copy then snatched it from me as she continues to argue about the picture she blocked. They then took my picture and called the cops. I waited 20 minutes outside to tell my side of things but when tbe cops didn't show I decided to head home.

The girls that helped me were super amazing. They helped me sign up for two new lines and gave me a great deal. I will definitely recommend this location.

I came in to pay for extra hotspot. They offered me to upgrade my plan and save money in the long run. I ended up adding lines for my kids. Thank you for looking out for me. Got some cool phones for my kids and my plan is still cheaper than what I used to pay for 3 lines on my old plan.

I went to this location only because Metro By T-Mobiles customer service representatives told me that the store locations can assist in unlocking my IPhone XR. I was greeted by a representative by the name of Annabel and right from the start she seemed very unwilling to assist.nnAccording to the website it states clearly that any sales representative at any store is able to assist in this matter. Annabel stated otherwise, she stated that no store location is able to assist in this matter. She said only the corporate office can help. She in no way tried to assist she gave a lot of push back even after informing her that customer service and their website stated they could. I will never ever go to this location because of the poor customer service.
