Bad service and rude. Want to change me tu pick up a dog that's not even min . Waste of tax money just to drive around wasting gas.

I called to find out if a neighbor´s dog might have been picked up by Animal Control and was told that someone would have to go down to the shelter to look, and that they ¨don´t give out information over the phone¨. Does anyone understand the concept of public service any more, and why are the taxpayers paying for their phone if they don´t use it to inform the public. Pathetic. I want my tax money back.
