The receptionists are very nice, but nobody else cares about your time. If you need to talk to someone specific, they will hang up on you if they cannot talk to you automatically, won't take a message, and then will tell you to try the whole process again later. I don't recommend coming here unless you absolutely have to.

I’ve had doctor Malouf for a few years now, and it’s always been a pleasure to work with him. From refilling prescriptions to other health concerns, his been amazing! I’m impressed by the healthcare USU has provided me these last 4 years.

Overall I have had very good experiences with the clinic. The three doctors that we have seen there on different occasions have all been pretty easy to communicate with, and the nursing staff has been excellent every time. I have always appreciated the quality of care here.

The nurses were super nice however the doctor I saw was absolutely incompetent. He made me very comfortable and made jokes about my major and what I wanted to do in life. I've been avoiding the doctor until now. I literally did not want to call or see the doctor because I was frightened of him. I will be seeking out a professional doctor. Thank you USU for putting in so much money for your students to seek medical help.
