Very good staff, they know what they are doing! Hard to find knowledgeable eye doctors anymore, Russell is the best!!

I had been referred by a friend who raved about Dr. Russell. I found him to be very thorough and knowledgeable--even about cutting-edge procedures that might interest me. Dr. Russell totally supported how I wanted to proceed without any signs of pushing his own agenda on me. I felt very cared for and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Excellent staff and customer service. I just switched over from Dr. Atkinson. Couldn't be happier with the switch. Zero waiting time for my appointment they saw me immediately. Dr. Russel is a neat guy, very laid back but professional too. 5 well deserved stars! Highly recommend this optometrist!!!

The wait time was a little bit longer than expected, but nothing outrageous, nothing more than 15 minutes usually. Otherwise excellent. Went through all the details and options so I knew exactly what the plan was. Very thorough in their explanations, no questions needed to be asked. Got my contacts the same day and glasses two days later!
