I went in for my annual preventative body scan which is free with Select Health. I was charged more than $200. I called 3 times to have it billed correctly and they said Dr. Blake billed it that way. They would not correct it and I have wasted so much time trying to resolve it. I will never go back.

I am surprised anyone can get in to see him. I've tried but I guess there's like a 1 month wait. I see a Dr. in SLC, but could not get out there, this was a few years back. I did see a PA with his office. He prescribed me some cream n some other medications, a shot. None of it worked I went back to my Dr. in SLC, I took my prescriptions with me he threw then aside and said those will not work. There are not many dermatologist out here in the basin so when I tried to get in again I just put off by a month or two, I guess I will have to keep going out of the area for a good service. I do not get that out here in the basin.

I have gone to see Dr. Blake several times since I moved to Vernal. He has been very personable and helpful. He takes all the time necessary to help me understand what is going on. He has solved a couple of problems that were very persistent. His staff is also friendly and efficient. The waiting time is very minimal. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Blake never saw me as a patient, but Dr. Potter (his partner in the business or whatever) did. He was so great! I was very concerned about my condition and a little freaked out by it and Dr. Potter took the time to answer all of my questions. I saw him 3 or 4 times and never felt like he was half listening to me or trying to push me out the door. Great dermatologist! I wish I could still have him as my doctor but I live somewhere else now.
