Reno Orthopedic Clinic & ROC Express (Carson City Office)

My primary doctor nurse referred me to ROC in Carson City, stating they accept walk-ins. After contacting my insurance to see if I needed a referral or not. I proceeded with no appointment to ROC. The building is stunning with great internal design to facilitate all operations of the business. I was literally stunned how quickly I was processed and placed in Dr. Watson office. Nurse came in and stated X-rays would be needed to assess injury. X-ray technician came in and we completed X-rays. I’m back in Dr. Watson office and the Doctor comes in within minutes. Unheard of in this profession. I have waited hours in doctor offices. We discussed my injury, assessed my mobility in my shoulder. Discussed history and cause of injury. Received a cortisone shot within minutes of my diagnosis. Paid the financial person and out I went. I don’t think I was in there a hour. It seemed so fast but very professional. Dr. Watson true professional as we’re all staff I came in contact with including front office staff, Dr. Watson nurse, X-ray technician and the financial person. Just a well run professional orthopedic business that is expedient in there duties on all levels. I was impressed with the overall operation and any further needs this is the place I will go. Hands down this place is far superior than the other local operation. I appreciate the care and professionalism you demonstrated during my time there. Thank you

It is wonderful to have ROC services available on a walk in basis. I had zero wait time and the staff was very warm and attentive. I would recommend their care and services 100%.

I had a terrible accident & dislocated my shoulder. The pain was excruciating, I suffered all night & went to ROC Express first thing the next morning. I am so glad I chose ROC as opposed to the Hospital Emergency Room. Dr. Watson saw me within 10 minutes of my arrival & immediately started treatment. The staff is incredibly kind & compassionate, specifically Kyra & Karen. Dr. Watson was just plain amazing. I am extremely grateful to them all & highly recommend.

I had hurt my knee. I was so happy to find this place. I was able to get in get a proper diagnosis in a very short time and get treatment that got me feeling better fast. The staff is top notch and the facility looks to be state of the art.
