Lindsay is heaven sent. Let me start there. Then, let me ask you: do you have a complicated ailment that no one seems to be able to help you with or need help in figuring it out? Like, do you need someone who *knows* how the body and brain connect and work together? Do you consider yourself in need of someone who listens and understands what you know about your body and how it's not operating properly and can be empathetic and completely focuses on helping you get back to working right? She's your answer.nnI have literally been around the country looking for someone who could understand me in my frustrations and see through it and help me understand how to fix it, with the additional hands and knowledge to help. This woman is incredible. I cannot wait to get back to Reno and work with her again. She is able to see the body in ways not many can with the common sense ability to explain what's moving, and where, inside, and how to correct it, plus your breathing and mind connections. It's hard to explain, but she's got the gift. If your have something going on that's hard to explain, try Lindsay; She will understand and guide you to healthy movement.nnAs an aside, I wasn't able to experience much of the pilates part of what she does. I can only imagine that if one would work with her on the equipment, you would not only have fun, but you'd also learn how to move the most effective and safely throughout life. Have fun. Genuinely a thoughtful and caring person. I appreciate her sense of curiosity and openness to try new methods. I love how she is continually educating herself on the human body. Her positive attitude is contagious and I quickly trusted her and knew I was in good hands! After working with Lindsay , I have been able to sufficiently rehabilitate my back issues. Not only is this a great place for physical therapy, it's also a wonderful place to work with a true Pilates expert. Lindsay is so knowledgeable and insightful when it comes to working with the body. She is a great listener, takes her time working with you and really gets to the root of any pains your body is experiencing. I came to Lindsay for rehabilitation after breaking my foot and have had wonderful success. I highly recommend this studio.
