They cancel appointments all the time. And when I told them I am going to run out of my meds before my new appointment they told me I have to go to the walk in clinic to get a refill for my meds. I told them that my insurance will not cover a walk in clinic due to high deductible they told my. I should be more considerate. Yeah right! Why should I be punished for them canceling?????

I called today to make an appointment with my doctor because my leg keeps going numb and walking is very difficult. Their first appointment was late December! That's an awful long time to go unable to walk. They did suggest their walk in clinic, which I had tried before, to no avail. Timely access to your doctor is important (at least that is what i feel) so it looks like I will be looking for a clinic that cares.

Mashed one of my finger bad enough the finger nail came off. 11/19/2020 at 12:08 pm walked in to be told that they couldn't help me that the doctors when to lunch and wasn't coming back in for the rest of the day. They said I could go to Fallon Banner or renown to get it looked at.

This place is horrible. The front desk people are rude and condescending to patients who came there for help when they are seeking medical care. Dr. Anderson doesnt listen to patients concerns and seems more like a P.A. than a Physician. I now drive to Reno for primary health care.

Arrived at Banner Health Center shortly after 9am on Thursday the 17th of December, was suffering soar throat, pain in left ear, assuming I had start of ear infection. Wanted to nip in bud, get on a antibiotic if possible. Upon arriving, no one was in waiting room, I was wearing a mask and got covid screening, told the lady my symptoms, including had a persistent cough, I believed was caused by one of my medications. She reacted with raised eyebrows and stated that since I had covid symptoms I would be given a small pink slip of paper with instructions and a phone # on it. I was to go out to my car and call the # and follow the instructions, which weren-Our staff will take ;your informationn-A Medical Assistant will call youn-Triage youn-Make appropriate appointmentnUpon making the call from my car, and talking to whomever answers the phone in there, I told them I had been given a pink slip and was to give my info to them, which I did, they promptly told me I would have to go to the ER. No Medical Assistant, No Triage, No Appointment. Just hit the road.nNow I am retired, live on fixed income, so my $30 copay just jumped to $90 for an ER visit and a 60 mile trip to Banner Hospital in Fallon. Which I was promptly treated for a middle ear infection, given a prescription for said infection, and passed a covid test. The ER Doc also thanked me for attempting to get proper treatment for a minor problem at the clinic even though they basically threw me out. Also I tried calling to report this to the manager on Thursday afternoon, and again on Friday Morning leaving my contact info, no call back. One Star is too much for this clinic and I think I will find another establishment for my medical needs.
