Sent my fully paid bill to sleazy collection agency. They consistently fail to update account balances so you never know if your payment is received. The misfiled multiple payments and refuse to resolve the issue.

The billing department sent my bill to the wrong medical insurance provider and then put a claim out on me. I've tried to resolve this with them and they stated the would remove this claim. 4 weeks later the claim is still on my credit report affecting credit score and then they sent it to a predatory collection company where I had to file a a complaint
