You never know what you're getting from them. Last three times I've gone to eat there I've ordered the same food item, and every time they've gotten it wrong. I would order steak and eggs for the red potatoes. Every single time had to return my food order because they don't know how to make a steak. The waitress is very nice and pleasant, and very sorry that we get our orders incorrect. They do make good by making my order over again but by that time the rest of the table has finished their food and they're waiting for me to begin eating.

I was surprised with the cleanliness and customer service. They really treated us awesome and the food was pretty good too. Definitely like the Espanola location compared to the Santa Fe, staff was awesome.

Long wait times, severely understaffed, and the staff that IS there seem to be undertrained. Our waiter was a nice guy but neither of our drinks were EVER refilled the whole time we dined and he never checked on us ONCE. We didn't even recieve our check after sitting and waiting for like 10 minutes. Our silverware was also dirty but at least the food was decent I suppose.

I have eaten so many Hamburger and fríes combinations for over 40yrs since I was a 5yr old eating my first Happy meal at McDonald's. But I tell you, Denny's has manage to produce the worst burger I have ever consumed and I've been all over the world. It tasted like dishwater and had the texture of salmon. I was so disappointed.
