Curbside used to be fine. Always check your order. Anyways,nOrdered on 2/14. Waited 3 1/2 hours . Place closed. Still no refund to this day.nBad idea. We used to spend at least $70 , are least every two weeks.nDon't pay online.nPay when you pick up.

The staff was very nice pleasant enjoyable to be around. They treat us very well even though the food took an hour to get to the table. Understanding that they are short-handed and I'm both to quickly get your food but the food was excellent very tasty and prepared correctly. You can tell they're trying to get back into the swing of having dine-in customers. They forgot part of our order they eventually brought towards the end of meal they didn't forget to bring napkins which I thought were pretty basic.nThe overall experience was not bad other than just the waiting for food and a couple missteps. The manager who we spoke to took a moment to listen and answer a couple questions I had which is very nice which gave us an overall understanding of what they may be going through today I wish him the best and hopefully their day is pleasant

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!!nnWaited to be seated for over an hour when dining room or bar area were NOT full to allowed compacity. There were 4 in our group, 2 adults & 2 kids, and the food was all brought out separately. They had NO ketchup in the restaurant! My ribs were still raw and my chicken tenders seemed like they were cooked in the microwave! Not a happy customer at all. At least the server was pleasant.nAnd no I did not speak with a manager, just wanted my kids to eat and go home. What was a simple dinner outing for my 2 year anniversary turned out to be a bad experience that took almost 3 hours!! I will not be going to this Chili's any time soon.

Our food was delayed by an hour. Mario our server/bartender was very attentive. He remedied our experience and made sure we would return and made up for the extra time we did not plan on staying

Espanola Chili's has an awesome waitress named Kathleen Martinez who has great customer service ethics. Chili's has a great 2 for 25 deal which has alot of great delicious choices! Great value for your money!!!
