Slow service but nice people

After checking four other stores Lowe's was the only place I could find that carried the part that i needed. Howeverthe associates were not helpful and the only way I can navigate that store is by using their app (which is absolutely wonderful! The Lowe's app is spectacular!)

The store is awesome however if you aren’t familiar with the store layout or your product knowledge is great. Good luck finding a “team member” to help you. When you do find help chance of them having knowledge of your needs is 1 in a 100 shot. Cashiers are sometimes on the edgy side like they aren’t happy to have a job. All that side prices are great and have lots of selections. Fix the help and the ratings will go up.

Rob Davis in the electrical department has been extremely helpful on several occasions. He never looked to busy to help me, had expert knowledge of the materials I needed, offered options on products where options existed. Very patient with my questions.

Not a fan right now usually i would shop there alot. I understand not taking cash cause of the situation but put signs since the door. I waited in a ridiculously long line then found out i couldn't use cash. Waste of my time.
