My mother purchased a bpap during her battle with copd and other issues. We can't find the records to verify purchase and it ended up in storage. We had been told by an apria driver when he picked up the rental equipment that he had EVERYTHING we owed them.nnI even spoke with someone who said it was fine and that she removed it since they had picked everything up. About a week later, they rudely, curtly and quite meanly came by AND also called. Threatening with court and suing my mothers estate....ALL I had said was I was going to look as we had so many things going pn. I was sure it was there and obviously without records I knew we couldn't keep it.nnMy experience was horrible. I have lived in NM all my life. To come back during Covid, deaths with in 6 months of my parents, an uncle, and an aunt...I did expect better customer service and compassion from them, especially with COVID. To add onto that the shady business of selling my parents a machine and then getting taken advantage of when they passed is insane. Whatever happened ..my parents spent a ton of money on the machine... It is lost money for us due to our own fault..that is fine. But to be treated the way they did me was a sad testament to their business philosophy
