New Mexico Pain Center

I'm a new patient and I'm sorry but I already hate dealing with them. I can't talk to anyone at the office. I have to go through a call center. When they say you'll get a call back, don't hold your breath. It's honestly like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Told me to pick up a sample from the office just to find out they don't carry samples in the office. I was told the office manager could bring the samples in a week. Anybody who has a migraine knows a week is a lifetime.nMy pain medication isn't covered by my insurance. I've been waiting 3 days for an answer. I feel like I should've stayed with my primary physician.nnEDIT: I call bull on your response because I personally called my insurance MULTIPLE times and they had nothing in the system or the paperwork was incomplete. I asked for a manager many times only to be told my message would be passed on to a manager and I'll receive a call back. Surprise! Can we guess what never happened? One MA said she'd call me with updates throughout the day. Didn't happen. I understand I'm not the only patient at the clinic but perhaps this office has too many patients to give good customer service. I felt horrible calling the call center FOUR to FIVE times a day for an update on my case because it was getting closer and closer to my refill date and nobody gave the same answer. I do appreciate your response, though. Thank you.

This is a terrific pain center. I recently had an Epidural (two more scheduled) for lower back pain.This is the first time in almost three years that I got got of bed without pain, numbness and awful tingling in my lower leg.and thigh. Staff are patient with customers and have their scheduling and check in down pat. Yes, you may have to wait at times. This is a busy clinic. Patiencience, folks they are doing their job and the patient they are helping may just need their attention for longer than expected. If you want excellent, compassionate care this is your go to clinic.

As soon as I walked in the door I was told by the don't desk lady that I couldn't do my UA because it's too late. I literally just walked in the door. She didn't touch her computer prior to telling my this WRONG INFORMATION. All while playing music with the N word and mf'r. Which is very disturbing for any patient but being an African Americans person I found it down right disrespectful. Maybe this kind of behavior is acceptable in this establishment. There's no way the person who deals with the online responses can tell come up with a decent reason for this. I'm speaking with a lawyer this week because it seems like a racial thing to me and he agree. Beware of this pain clinic.

Front desk is excellent would recommend this clinic too anybody

My husband went on September 29 to this pain clinic,like most places in Roswell if you are white,they treat you like you have a deadly disease and are contagious. Like your whiteness will rub off on them.They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your time and money going there.If I could have given them no stars I would have.
