Dr Mirin knew my history of taking a medication for 5 years. He cut off that medication almost immediately after becoming my doctor. I ended up in rehab, and when I got out he refused to prescribe me any effective medication. This doctor seems to me to have no real compassion, and his staff seem to think it's funny when a patient is having a panic attack.

Horrible doctor strongly advise going anywhere but him probably have better luck wishing upon a shooting star, he only cares about money and thinks he's a God he refuses to sign any documentation to even be released back to work and has royally screwed me.
