Before surgery they described that pain after this type of surgery could be extreme, I thought no problem they are professionals and will support me throughout my recovery. The weekend after surgery I discovered their thought of pain management was for me to go to the Emergency Room. I feel they have abandoned my request for pain control. They would not reply to their online app at all and doctors or nurses would not return phone calls. Had to go to my primary doctor for pain control.

We travel from out of town to visit this office. Arrive 15 to 30 minutes early for the appointment. Left to wait up to 30 minutes after the appointment time in the waiting room. Places into a room only to wait another hour to be seen. Either they are over booking appointments or these doctors have horrible time management.

Without Dr. Zhao I wasn’t sure a life without pain was possible. I now have fully functioning hands and am able to work and enjoy time with my family pain and worry free. SEE THIS DOCTOR!

Dr. Zhao is by far the best I’ve ever had. He took his time to explain to me the problem I was having and allowed me to be a part of the “treatment team” and come up with a plan that works for me. I am now pain free for the first time in many many years!!!!!
