The specific location visited was not good. The staff was still required to wear masks, but our server came over with our drinks, pulled her mask down and proceeded to wipe her nose with her hand then hand out our drinks to us. I wouldn't find this acceptable even if masks weren't required, she should have washed her hands after touching her face. The food wasn't great either, and our table was sticky. Will definitely not go back.
After offering for curbside pickup waited 20 minutes thinking there was a delay. Had to go inside and pick up food, she told me it was only sitting there a minute... Food was barely edible and barely warm. No sugar for the coffee's and enough cream for 1.
We were seated quickly, waited on as quickly. Food was fast, fresh, hot, and good. Staff was all very friendly, and very professional.
Great service and wonderful waitress she was great with the kids. Food was good and typical of ihop.
Great place to eat,fast,and great food,beast waitress I have ever seen Pauline.
