The food is delicious but the service is truly the worst. We ordered to go and waited in their drive thru for almost 30 minutes. There was two cars in front of us when we got there. Then the person at the window stepped away when we were up and didn’t come back for 10 minutes. Never again.

Good food, good portions, good prices, can't tell you about service since I ordered takeout.
I waited in the new drive through for more then 15 mins when I ordered ahead. They forgot about me in the drive thru and I had to call them back and a woman was laughing away before answering the phone and I explained to her my situation and she passed me to another girl. So overall I would go back. Service sucks honestly. Food was dried up to top it off.
I only wish dine in is acceptable because #LosNovillos restaurant is welcoming, great customer service, genuine hospitality and a lovely scenery. This was a very fulfilling soup dish. 10 out of 10 ud83eudd24ud83dude09ud83dude0b
