Worst service I’ve ever experienced and I’m not one to complain. Charged us for the wrong order still sent us forward and tried to give us our food w no receipt claiming we paid less than what it was, had attitude when I asked for receipt. Was 4$ short, and didn’t even apologize. Then pretty much asked me to get out of the drive thru and the manager will go outside. No manager came after 5 minutes my BF stormed in there to get rest of our change they didn’t want to give us.ud83eudd2c
I used to go to this McDonald's every single day, the staff is absolutely fantastic I love that each one of them are so friendly and willing to fix mistakes without complaining! I do sometimes however feel that their orders could have a little less mistakes at times, but overall if you are looking for great customer service and a quick bite this is the place to go!!ud83dude01ud83dude01
Two trips here. 1st was a wrong burger. Ordered a quarter lb with bacon. Got a chile cheeseburger.nToday's order was old cold fries.nGood thing there are other McDs in town. Not visiting this one again.
The food is always fresh and made the way you order and the employees are always polite and professional
Amazing place! They got my food in 3-5 min and they were so polite to me. The food was great, I love the smoothies like the strawberry and banana smoothies!
