Metropolitan MetroLux Dine-In Theatres

I LOVE this theatre. It's so nice and it's become my favorite. The only thing I wish was different was the menu. Please consider putting the hummus plate back on the menu. Its 2021 ... you should consider having more options on the menu for those that do have dietary restrictions. Other than that I love the theatre itself. Just not too excited about the menu.

This theatre has a few amenities that I enjoyed. First and foremost, the reclining seats, and the fact they are heated, secondly that you can order food, and that you can order it prior to your arrival to the theatre. There was a delay to the movie starting due to an issue with the audio. Normally this would get a four star rating from me, but they resolved the issue quickly and showed how committed they are to the customer with how quickly my food and drinks came out as they resolved this issue. My food was restaurant quality and the drinks were made well. It is a bit pricey but worth it for comfort and quality.

Theaters are really nice and spacious. Super comfortable seats and set up. The food is good and the staff is always very courteous and helpful. The only downside is the small cramped spaces in the lobby and especially the bathrooms. Only one Bathroom that is really small for the entire theatre, gets really crowded.

Best movie theater in downtown Loveland!!! ♥ufe0f Seriously, seating is super comfortable, the food is tasty, the staff is super nice, and buying tickets on-line in advance is way easy. The kiosks in the lobby for picking up tickets never seems to work for us though, and the on-line ordering system for food hasn't worked the last few weeks. Just some little bugs, but we love the place.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Don’t spend your money here not that many people choose to go here in the first place. EMPTY AND FOR A REASON!!!!! They were rude during our time there (not the gentleman at the concession stand) however the “ticket Natzi” (better wear your mask and in between bites and drinks even though your the ONLY 4 people and from the same family, in the theatre...) and the managers were even more condescending and rude! How can this be when their business is “we’re getting by”! (They’re words, literally.) Well maybe if your kind and respectful to the ONE family of four spending money for a movie (literally no other people there) you would be doing better than, “getting by”! We called an hour after our movie and informed them that we left a phone. They said they would send someone to look for it and we could come at the end of the current movie playing. So, we came at the end. Only to walk up asking to go look for it and hear them saying horrible things amongst all the (very bored and with NOTHING TO DO EMPLOYEES) about us when we called asking to look for it! Talk about PROFESSIONAL and awkward... for them! Since they never did send someone to look for it, a lady in that movie had stole it! NICE!!! So, think twice before you decide where to spend your dollars, here you’ll get a horrible experience, attitude from managers and the employees and lied to!!!!! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! Sad, we’re just trying to support Loveland and the business barely surviving! It’s clear why this theatre is EMPTY! Sad, sad, sad!
