This is my go to when I need something special. Their teas are all delicious. The price you pay for these drinks may seem high to some but it's worth every penny. I'd say the people complaining about the taste of perfume have that same gene that makes cilantro taste like soap. The staff not always being friendly is the only real bad thing I have to say about this place. Store is always clean. I've never had the snacks so I can't comment on those.

J love this place. I dont have a reason to go to Roswell anymore so I'm sad I cant get their drinks anymore. It's super delicious tho! Highly recommend.

This place has pretty good boba tea, but it's a little pricey for the quality.nI got the vanilla cream tea and my fiance got the golden cream tea. My vanilla cream tea was okay, but definitely had a perfume aftertaste. My fiance said his tea tasted like Golden Grahams and he enjoyed it a bunch, except for the same perfume aftertaste.nService was really nice though.

I used to really like it but I made the mistake of ordering the 'monster fries' which were anything but, just a little take out cup with seasoning&shredded cheese not even melted that took 20 minutes to get. Then on another occasion i got the coconut boba tea and it started off delicious then i noticed something in the foam on the inside of the cup and when i dragged my straw across it it was a hairud83eudd2e i know it wasn't mine cuz it had the plastic seal on it which i stabbed my straw through. When I called to complain the teenager working there was pretty rude.Totally disgusted by the place now.

Rudest staff I've ever met. I'm not much a complainer when it comes to service. It wasnt just me either. I witnessed their staff be rude and hateful to all their customer. When we spoke to the owner about their level of customer service, the owner told us, they're were still busy in spite of bad reviews and customer complaints. Well they lost this customer and I just can't support a business that isn't customer friendly.
