We visited from out of town and had a fantastic dinner with delicious original pasta dishes and fabulous service! Whenever I’m Roswell again, we will definitely be back and would recommend Pasta Cafe to anyone.
We were in Roswell to pick up some items we needed and decided to eat lunch before heading back. We like to try local restaurants and chose the Pasta Cafe Italian Bistro because of it s good rating. The restaurant was very warm and almost uncomfortable. We were seated promptly and our water was great. Very very limited menu but we found a weekend special that looked appetizing. When our meals arrived we just looked at each other. the portions are SMALL, and there wasn't any bread or salad with the small portion of spaghetti and small chicken breast. The waiter blamed covid but there is no reason they could not go to sams or a grocery and purchase freshly made bread. We actually had to grab something else to munch on before hading back home! Best Italian restaurant in New Mexico. Period. Service was excellent and the ravioli was awesome. I live in Albuquerque and am trying to find an excuse to head back to Roswell.
We stopped here to get dinner while driving though on a weekend. The food was absolutely astounding; while the menu was a bit small, everything on it was amazing. The atmosphere was very nice as well, and the staff were amazing. Seriously a ten out of ten dining experience, and if we ever stop in Roswell again it will be the top of my list.
The service would be a 5 but the food was lacking taste and freshness.
