We were needing to sell our mother's home quickly and Sonya and Blake did everything to make sure we had the house ready to sell! And it sold quickly! Made everything very easy and took the stress of selling away! Highly recommend them! They are a great team!

Sonya and Blake are amazing to work with. They helped my husband buy our first home 8 years ago after a different realtor had failed at helping him. We recently decided to upgrade to a bigger home with a bigger lot. They helped us place an offer on our new dream home and put our first home on the market quickly. Within a week after listing our home, we received a great offer OVER asking price! We were able to get exactly what we wanted for our first house. Soon after, we were able to move into our beautiful new house. I would highly recommend the Smithings to anyone. Not only are the wonderful realtors, but they're also wonderful people!
