We chose to work with Adam after he came to our house and gave us his opinion on not only where he thinks we need to price the property but also by pointing out what he thinks might come up as we prepare the house for sale. Adam connected us with folks to do some minor repairs and do landscape work. Because of that pre-work we had multiple offers on day 1! Adam worked hard and got us the highest bid and had been there along the way until our closing yesterday! We would highly recommend Adam!

Adam helped me sell my home when I was living 2000 miles away during the pandemic and unable to be present for many of the usual things needed when doing such a complicated task. He not only acted as realtor but also arranged for contractors to fix things up and recommended movers, title companies, etc. His advice early in the process turned out to be spot on and we ended up selling the place for about 10% more than we asked. I couldn't be more pleased.
