Poor communication even when you leave messages they lie in court and say you never called, it's hard to get ahold of your caseworker and when you speak to a supervisor the reassure you things will change and they dont, I have asked for a new caseworker only to be sent out with a no

Very unprofessional and rood staff and careless supervisor! Its very sad how the court uses place and top of that don't take you in consideration when you have something to say.

They are very biased and not at all professional. My case was mishandled beyond belief. Sean put in his recommendation at me having my daughter 2 weekends a month. In court he said he recommended a 5050 split but his supervisor told him that he would be recommending 2 weekends a month. Sean said a lot of incorrect things in court and stated he would not watch the videos of my visitations because he trusts his staff and they are trained to not show bias. They are a very crooked organization and at no point had my daughter's best interest at heart. It's sad the courts use them. It honestly seems like a lawsuit is the only option to affect possitive change.
