Horrible experience. This branch is privately owned. There's really no corporate oversight. I found this out the hard way. Initially, Ari the manager said that she would not be able to give me a price to do my taxes until they had input all of my information. After providing my information, they gave me a very high price. Ari stated that if I did not pay this amount, prior to filing, I'd be responsible to pay them hourly. I reached out to corporate leadership and found none. Eventually, after I told Ari that I refused to pay, she reduced the price (still high). There are local professionals here in Roswell that will do your taxes, accurately, and at a reasonable rate and without the attitude and scam.

Ive been using h&r block for a few years now and y'all never seem to fail me... Your always doing exactly what you promise... And thats getting me back every scent I'm owed.
