I had the opportunity to drop in for a class after this business was recommended by my boss and co-worker. Ryan was leading the class and was super patient and understanding since I am completely new to CrossFit. We were able to discuss my questions and concerns before the class so he could be aware of the best way to direct my workout. He gave me helpful and constructive criticism to ensure safety and good form throughout the duration of the workout. The class was so fun and everybody attending the class was full of energy and good vibes. I look forward to attending more classes, thank you for the opportunity to visit!
CrossFit 970 is amazing!! We dropped in from SC to get a good sweat in and we were not disappointed! Everyone was super friendly and willing to help us. They even recommended some great restaurants and things to do for us out-of-towners. We will definitely be back to visit!

Amazing box! I have tried them all in the surrounding area and this one is my favorite. Big variety of people and skill levels. Great sense of community. And best of all my endurance and body comp has improved since I joined! Cant ask for more!!
When I moved here from Texas I wasn’t just looking for a gym I was looking for a community. What I actually found was a family. The programming is going to challenge you in the best way possible. The coaches are always available for advice on movement standards and scaling options. The community here is so encouraging and fun. I can honestly say this is the highlight of my day.
