Unfortunately, I was set up with two realtors who weren't right for a first time home buyer, like myself. After sharing my experience, Josh got in contact with me directly and really smoothed things out. I am changing my review to 4 stars as it started off as a 1 star experience but the professionalism and understanding from Josh has certainly improved my view. I look forward to closing on a home soon with the assistance of Matt & Josh!

Matt and Josh are hands down the best people to have on your side... I wouldn't just call them realtors because they become so much more then that. We had a really bad experience selling and buying our last home and this time it didn't feel like we did either. They made the process so nice and easy for us and we couldn't be more grateful to have had these guys lead us, and stand by us throughout this process. Thanks Matt and Josh for helping us find our perfect home and making it a perfect process.

Matt and Josh were great to work with! We came to them very last minute for their help in purchasing a new home as our previous realtor plans fell through the day before flying out to house hunt, and it couldn't have gone better or been a better experience. They immediately made us finding the right house a priority. They have kept in touch with updates and next steps details on finalizing the closing on the house and I couldn't have asked for a better or more comfortable experience doing so. I would highly recommend working with Matt and Josh on any real-estate needs!

Matt & Josh were the best realtors we were not expecting. Not only were we new to the state of Utah with no connections, but we took a chance using them based solely off of Zillows small list of realtors. Ten-out-of-ten we did not regret it! Our home buying experience with this dynamic duo left us completely satisfied. Unlike every realtor we’ve had in the past, we felt like they genuinely CARED! They were customer, family, and personally invested from start to finish. You will not be disappointed! Thanks, Matt & Josh.

Josh and the rest of his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They seem to be always one step ahead. When you ask something or need something it is always done and handled by the time they respond back. As someone relocating, the kind of service we have received has made everything a breeze!! We will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone we can!!
