Walked into the shop today and my nose was exposed and not covered by my mask. One young man fiddling with his phone barked at me-pull your mask up. Not polite, not gracious and didn’t ask if I had a breathing problem. I am fully vaccinated anyway. The other young man was extremely helpful and the other guy seemed like a manager. Someone needs to get rid of him quick. Don’t even go in. To this store till they change personnel.

This is the best place for helmets and goggles in summit. I got a ski helmet for me and my buddy got a bike helmet at the same time. Very clean and the guy who worked with us was very helpful in explaining differences between the brands

Craniologie simply rocks! Between their Breck, Vail and Beaver Creek locations, they have it all and I have outfitted my entire family with all the best ski accessories (gloves, helmets, goggles, sunglasses, and hats) in the market. Their staff is SOOO knowledgeable and friendly, and their prices are extremely competitive. Have sent a number of friends there for their ski trips and all have had the same amazing experience. Cannot say enough about this store...you will not be disappointed! Would not protect my noggin from anywhere else.

I previously had an issue but Liz contacted me directly and took care of it very quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this place.
