Hayden? (I think) was exceptional. I work in customer service so I am very critical and it isn't often that I am impressed by an employee's genuine friendliness. From the moment we started talking to him he seemed like he actually wanted to talk to us instead of just going through the motions like I feel a lot of employees do now. He was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed or judged. He is a true asset to your team!! ❤ufe0f

Decent shop, nice staff, good selection.nn**EDIT**(what is needed for 5-stars)nplease just get a bigger selection of quality guinea pig foods (meaning no alfalfa fillets as the first ingredient) . Also if you could supply captive bred tarantulas that would be awesome.

Staff member didn't understand my question at first confirmed thier point of view and when it didn't line up helped me further, then they went and confirmed with another more knowledgeable coworker who had experience with my problem. Those levels of help are amazing when trying to figure out stuff for a pet. This was all over the snail for my kids Beta tank. Incredible.

Went in for a self service dog bath. The area was clean and had everything I needed except for grooming products. There was 4 different shampooes. Unlimited time apx 11.00. We we're pleased

Very mixed review for this hit and miss pet store.nPros: they stock a wide variety of high quality dog food that I purchase, approximately half of the staff is very friendly and helpful, location and hours are very convenient for me.nCons: the other half of the staff is not friendly or helpful and seem irritated that they have to do their job when you walk in the store.nOverall it can be a great experience going here one day and a horrible experience the next so I rate this 2.5 stars.
