Huron Police Department

Police here have refused my police reports for several more important issues in the past where i never was given numbers for my police reports. I dont even attempt to deal with or make reports anymore except a simple inquiry about my cellphone today which 2 officers refused to do a report for today said that they dont do reports for lost or stolen cellphones because they have more important matters to attend to in Huron. I felt a little harrassed when one officer laughed at my verbal complaint and called police backup when they did not know how to properly run my plates 2017. I have felt harrassed in Huron for several different reasons or past experiences. Than the police were unhelpful this past year told me they dont do hotel vouchers in Huron during a bad snow storm even though a church later gave me a voucher I had to go through police for. A guy working at gas station was friendly to me got into trouble for letting me stay in casino or plugin camper with below freezing weather. My boyfriend has been told I cannot stay with him past midnight where he has currently been staying at has been negatively reprimanded when I am around or for hanging out with me in Huron so he says. I feel that police cannot and don't want to address complaints at many police stations more complex than simple traffic tickets for speeding or stops in South Dakota and other states from the past situations I have seen. I think if a person does not have money from outside resources to live on in a place like Huron that Huron would be an easy place to die in because people who do help others for free of charge often get reprimanded and others want money? I have had various problems even small little mistakes or inaccuracies on medical records this town at local hospital remain incorrect in the past or not factually based. Positive is that police patrol well and arrive to the scene faster than many other places including where my house is located at in Illinois is the only reason why I would rate this police station better than a 1 star. Once again I tried to make a police report about someone I was asked questions about from the police on 5-11-2019. Instead of writing up a report regarding the self harm and other issues, the female police officer in the presence of another male officer said it was a civil matter the victim has to write a report and the female officer refused to take my report said I have to make the report when it happens. This police force has some evil officers who engage in harassment towards me and do not follow the laws equally for everyone that I do not appreciate by refusing me any rights in town of Huron. Always the same officers I run into with the same issue is a bit strange. Its called bullying when you make up lies about someone and its unconstitutional with nothing to support what you do.
