I just moved here from Texas, and the moment I got here the staff helped me get settled within a few hours. Jordain was on top of everything and did a great job answering any questions I had. It has been a great experience so far!

I have lived at Season's for over 4 years now. They hired a new property manager several weeks ago, Dane Sadang. She is doing an awesome job, especially considering how difficult it must be to manage any business right now. Ms. Sadang is very professional but at the same time extremely courteous. The apartments have never looked better nor have they ever been better managed. My compliments to the owners of Season's of Layton. Thanks for continuing to be the best complex in town!

Nice location, comfortable living space! We really enjoy living here. Shalia helped us into our home and made it easy for me and my family. Definitely will recommend to a friend!

I'm not living here, but I've had a very poor experience with the property management. I scheduled an appointment online to tour an apartment, about 5 days in advance. The morning of my appointment, I received a text saying that an apartment wasn't available to tour. I immediately texted back asking whether this meant a cancellation of my appointment, and received nothing back. When I showed up for my appointment later that day, no one was in the office--it was locked, and there was a clock on the door stating that someone would return to the office an hour prior to when I arrived. I called, got the runaround from the answering service, and finally got through to an actual person. She apologized and said there wasn't anything to tour, and nothing available to rent either. Rather than waste 5 days of my time trying to book an appointment, or get an answer whether a unit was available or not, it would have been much easier to get the answer up front! Very disappointing customer service.
